The college’s academic framework encompasses a broad range of programs tailored to educational and professional advancement.
Training towards the B.A. with a teaching diploma (B.Ed.) is held in a variety of departments and age divisions (tracks).
In addition to track and specialization studies every student must take basic studies and educational theory.
All programs are four-year programs including practicum, except for the outstanding students program which is three years long not including practicum. Upon completion, graduates receive a teaching certificate and a B.Ed. degree.

The School of Continuing Education in the college is an important center for the professional development of teachers, educational workers who are not teachers and members of teaching support professions in Jerusalem and its environs. In 2009 over 1,600 people studied in the school's various programs and courses.
The school offers diverse programs, mostly diploma courses, together with challenging and interesting courses characterized by the combination of up to date theoretical knowledge, and experience and implementation. These courses answer the need of teachers and educators in the field to expand and deepen their professional knowledge and also to develop new vocations.
The staff of the school are distinguished by their high professional standard and their personal approach towards each student and do their utmost to transform learning into a challenging, inspiring and empowering experience, both professionally and personally.
